With more than 15 years of international experience in hospitality, real estate and business development, Miguel Rodrigues is a results-driven executive specialising in strategic growth and high-value investments.
At Bravura Investments, he provides overall strategic direction and leads a multidisciplinary team delivering high-impact advisory services in real estate and investment consultancy. His oversight spans capital markets, commercial property, project management, off-market transactions and sales, with a focus on generating exceptional business outcomes for clients.
Miguel has cultivated an extensive network of international investors and strategic partners, enabling Bravura Investments to identify and execute lucrative opportunities, manage complex projects and deliver long-term value. Prior to founding the Group, he held senior management roles with prominent global companies, where he developed deep expertise in leadership, business development and cross-border operations.
He is passionate about fostering innovation, building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable growth for clients and stakeholders alike.

Kerstin Voelkel
With more than 20 years of international experience across financial services, technology and real estate, Kerstin specialises in business development, strategic partnerships and client engagement.
At Bravura Investments, she drives growth by cultivating relationships with international investors, partners and clients, identifying new opportunities and leading high-impact initiatives that strengthen the Group’s market position.
Her remit also encompasses strategic communications and brand positioning to support deal flow, stakeholder confidence and long-term value creation. Before joining Bravura Investments, Kerstin held senior leadership roles at Moody’s, Spotcap and bondIT, where she gained extensive expertise in revenue growth, investor relations and integrated go-to-market strategies.
She is passionate about connecting people and opportunities, fostering strategic alliances and delivering sustainable growth for clients and partners.
